Afhending
Við sendum allar vörur með Íslandspósti á næsta pósthús eða með Dropp á næsta Droppstað.
Sendingarkostnaður er samkvæmt gildandi verðskrá Íslandspósts/Dropp
Pósturinn miðar við 3–7 virka daga til afhendingar.
Sækja má vörur á lögheimili Familj Store að Sunnubraut 3, Reykjanesbæ. Vörur eru afhentar eftir að tilkynning hefur verið send með tölvupósti.
Trúnaðar- og öryggisskilmálar
Fullum trúnaði er heitið varðandi allar persónuupplýsingar.
Seljandi heitir kaupanda fullum trúnaði um allar upplýsingar sem hann gefur upp í tengslum við viðskiptin. Upplýsingar verða ekki undir neinum kringumstæðum afhentar þriðja aðila.

Öll verð í netversluninni eru með virðisaukaskatti.
Öll verð eru birt með fyrirvara um myndbrengl eða prentvillur.
Skilaréttur og endurgreiðslur
Hafa má samband í síma 839-3610 eða með tölvupósti á contact@familjstore.com.
Skilafrestur er 14 dagar, að því gefnu að varan sé í upprunalegu ásigkomulagi með öllum fylgjandi merkimiðum.
Við skil þarf að gefa upp kennitölu kaupanda eða staðfestingarpóst viðskiptanna.
Endurgreiðslur fara fram innan 14 daga frá móttöku skilavöru í upprunalegu ástandi. Endurgreitt er á sama greiðslumiðil og notaður var við kaupin.
Þetta ákvæði á ekki við um vöruflokkinn Þín Hönnun.
Vörur í Þinni Hönnun fást einungis endurgreiddar ef um galla er að ræða.
Flutnings- og póstburðargjöld eru ekki endurgreidd. Kaupandi ber ábyrgð á að greiða fyrir sendingu við skil á vöru póstleiðis.
Innsendar ljósmyndir eða annað efni frá kaupanda
Familj Store kappkostar við að veita viðskiptavinum sínum bestu mögulegu þjónustu. Þjónusta félagsins er ætíð í samræmi við umfang og þarfir viðskiptavina.
Innsendar myndir (t.d. ljósmyndir) eru á ábyrgð kaupanda.
Gæði mynda hafa bein áhrif á útkomu vörunnar og vörur úr Þinni Hönnun eru ekki endurgreiddar nema um augljósan galla sé að ræða.
Gæði mynda falla ekki undir skil á grundvelli galla.

Delivery
All products are shipped with Iceland Post to the nearest post office or with Dropp to the nearest Dropp location.
Shipping costs follow the current Iceland Post price list.
Iceland Post estimates 3–7 business days for delivery.
Products may also be collected from Familj Store at Sunnubraut 3, Reykjanesbær. Orders are available for collection once you have received an email notification.

All personal information is kept strictly confidential.
The seller guarantees full confidentiality of all information provided by the buyer in connection with the transaction. Under no circumstances will such information be disclosed to a third party.
Prices
All prices in the online store include VAT.
All prices are subject to change and are published with reservation for typographical errors or image distortions.
Returns & Refunds

The return period is 14 days, provided that the product is in its original condition with all tags attached.
To process a return, the buyer must provide their ID number or the confirmation email from the purchase.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product in its original condition. Refunds are always made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
This return policy does not apply to the product category Your Design.
Products from Your Design are only refundable in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Shipping and postal charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for covering return shipping fees if returning goods by mail.
Submitted Photos or Other Material from the Customer
Familj Store strives to provide the best possible service to its customers. Our services are always tailored to the scope and needs of each project.
Submitted photos (e.g. images) are the responsibility of the customer.
The quality of the product directly depends on the quality of the material provided by the customer.
Products from Your Design cannot be refunded unless there is a clear defect. Image quality is not considered a defect.
